Getting Started

Click "Get Started" on any page, enter your name, email address and choose a secure password. You will receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and invest with AetherTrade Pro.

We accept investors from most countries worldwide. A small number of jurisdictions are restricted due to regulatory requirements. You will be notified during registration if your country is not supported.

Deposits & Funding

Log into your account, navigate to Deposit, select a cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.), and you will be shown a wallet address. Send your funds to that address, then upload your payment proof (transaction screenshot or hash). Deposits are confirmed within 1–3 blockchain confirmations.

The minimum deposit is $100 USD equivalent, which qualifies you for the Starter investment plan. Higher plans have higher minimums — see the Plans page for full details.

Crypto deposits are typically confirmed within 15–60 minutes depending on blockchain congestion. Our team reviews and approves deposits manually within 2–6 hours during business hours.

Investment Plans

Our AI trading engine participates in arbitrage, spot trading, and derivatives markets across multiple exchanges simultaneously. Daily profits are pooled and distributed proportionally to all active investment plan holders each day at 00:00 UTC.

Yes. You can activate multiple investment plans simultaneously, each running independently with its own start date, maturity date and ROI schedule.

At maturity, your original principal is returned to your main account balance along with any final daily profit. You can then withdraw, start a new plan, or reinvest.

Investment plans cannot be cancelled before maturity. This policy ensures the stability of returns for all investors. You can, however, withdraw accumulated profits at any time.

Withdrawals

Go to Withdraw in your dashboard, enter the amount and your verified crypto wallet address, and submit the request. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal is $50 USD equivalent. There are no maximum withdrawal limits, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification.

AetherTrade Pro charges no platform withdrawal fees. You are only responsible for the standard blockchain network fee, which is automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Security & KYC

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required by our compliance framework to prevent fraud and money laundering. It also protects your account from unauthorised access.

You will need to upload a clear photo of a government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence) — both front and back. The document must be valid and not expired.

KYC reviews are completed within 1–24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your verification is approved or if additional documents are required.

Yes. All personal data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL and stored on secure, isolated servers. We never share your information with third parties.

Referrals

Share your unique referral link with friends and family. When someone registers using your link and makes their first deposit, you earn a 5% commission credited instantly to your account balance.

There is no limit. You can refer as many investors as you like and earn commissions on all of them.
