You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
In compliance with applicable AML regulations, you must complete identity verification before making deposits or withdrawals. Required documents include:
We may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide required documentation may result in account suspension or termination. KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours.
Investment Plans are structured products with defined parameters including minimum and maximum deposit amounts, return rates (ROI), duration periods and capital return terms. All plan details are displayed on the Platform at the time of activation and constitute the binding terms of that investment.
Daily returns are calculated on the principal amount invested and credited to your account balance at 00:00 UTC each day. Returns are credited for every calendar day including weekends and public holidays. Credited returns are available for withdrawal immediately upon crediting.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific plan terms, the principal investment amount is returned to your account balance upon plan maturity. Early termination of plans is not permitted unless specifically stated.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue Investment Plans at any time. Active plans at the time of any modification shall continue under their original terms until maturity.
We accept deposits in cryptocurrency and fiat, including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and other cryptocurrencies and currencies listed on the Platform.
Deposits are credited following confirmation on the relevant blockchain network ( depending on the network). Credit to your account requires additional administrative review, typically completed within 2–6 hours during business hours.
The minimum deposit amount is $100 USD equivalent, as determined by the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Different Investment Plans may have higher minimum deposit requirements.
You are solely responsible for ensuring deposits are sent to the correct wallet address provided by the Platform. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or lost in transit.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours on Business Days. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the verified wallet address associated with your account.
To process a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification and have no pending compliance reviews. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 USD equivalent. We reserve the right to impose additional withdrawal conditions for large amounts or suspicious activity.
AetherTrade Pro do charge platform withdrawal fees. Standard blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees) are automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount.
We may impose withdrawal limits based on account verification level, transaction history and risk assessment. High-value withdrawals may require additional documentation and processing time.
Eligible users may participate in our referral programme by sharing their unique referral link. Commission of 5% is paid on the first deposit of each referred investor. Referral commissions are credited instantly upon qualifying deposit confirmation. Self-referral and fraudulent referral activity will result in account termination and commission reversal. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time.

All content, trademarks, logos, software and intellectual property on the Platform are the exclusive property of Aether Capital Group Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal investment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AetherTrade Pro, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your breach of any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, you will be notified and eligible funds will be returned after applicable compliance checks.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in our jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against AetherTrade Pro.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aether Capital Group Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Platform with the updated date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, AML Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AetherTrade Pro with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
